Justice Department in Seattle, King County, Washington. After 1945 he was an Attorney for the U. S. Department of Justice. About 1947 J. was an Attorney with Bassett & Guisness law firm. He was an attorney specializing in labor and personal injury law, and also heavily involved with the Makah Indians. About 1957 he was an Attorney and Senior Partner of Vance, Davies & Roberts law firm. He involved in raising and marketing thoroughbred horses before 1977 in Olympia, Thurston County, Washington. He and his wife established Sylvan Meadows Farms in Olympia. J. died on 4 April 1977 in Seattle, King County, Washington. He was buried about 6 April 1977 in Sunset Cemetery, Bellevue, King County, Washington. His "initial" does not represent a name, "J" was his first name.
