Last Will and Testament of John Deardorff, Jr.,
SON OF JOHN, SR., AND CATHERINE DEARDORFF

I, John Deardorff, Farmer of Des Moines County and State of Iowa, do make and publish this my last Will and Testa,ent in the manner following, namely-I desire that all my debts shall be first paid-and secondly, I give and bequeath unto my wife,
Elizabeth, all the property of which I may die possed, real or personal, during her life or so long as she remains my widow, but should she get married it shall than be divided equally amongst my children. And furthermore direct that my wife,
Elizabeth Deardorff, and Abner Hanna of the state and county aforesaid shall be, and I hereby appoint them the executors of this my last will and testament-Signed in the presence of, on this 25th day of Dec. in the year of our Lord, 1860. John
