    He married Rose Anna Hromir about 1920 in Cook County, Illinois. Rose Anna Hromir was born 21 January 1894. She died 20 November 1977 in Cook County, Illinois, and was buried 22 November 1977 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Hillside, Cook County, Illinois.

She died 10 January 1966 in MacNeal Memorial Hospital, Cook County, Illinois, and was buried 14 January 1966 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Hillside, Cook County, Illinois.

    She married Joseph Striska. Joseph Striska was born 19 March 1894 in Illinois. He died January 1975 in Berwyn, Cook County, Illinois, and was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Hillside, Cook County, Illinois.

Gertrude Julia Orschell, daughter of John Henry Orschell and Gertrude Ann Schneider, was born 16 October 1910 in New Baden, Clinton County, Illinois. She died 14 March 2003 in Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri and was buried 18 March 2003 in Calvary Cemetery, City of St. Louis, Missouri.
