      S-114: 3 Sept. 1856, Moses Duncan sell to Elija Duncan for $125 paid, a tract containing 44 acres more or less in Anderson Co. TN District No.7 on Roaring Creek of Mountain Fork of Poplar Creek, being the NE end of a 300 acre survey on which said Moses Duncan now lives, beg. on W. bank of Roaring Creek, then ... with a small drane to the outline of the 100 acre survey, then ... to the line of a 100 acre survey of Isaac Duncan, then ... to the beginning, warrant title to said Elija Duncan and his heirs.
