CHARLES ELLIOTT lived in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mount Pleasant, Iowa, and other places. Charles, one of Frances Blaine's older sons, was one of the earlier circuit riders at Keene and elsewhere and became rather famous in Methodism throughout the Central West.
