Know all Men by these Presents, that We Michael Ulrich of Heidleberg Township Yeoman, John Hereter of Manheim Township Yeoman and John Boyer of Codorus Township Yeoman all of the County of York, and Province of Pennsylvania, are held and firmly bound unto Benjamin Chew Esq; Register-General for the Probate of Wills, and granting Letters of Administration in the Province of Pennsylvania, in the Sum of five hundred -------------------------------------------------- Pounds,lawful Money of the said Province, to be paid unto the said Benjamin Chew or to his certain Attorney, Executors, Andministrators or Assigns. To the which Pay- ment well and truly to be made, We do bind ourselves jointly and severally, our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators, each, and every of them, firmly by these Presents. Sealed with our Seals, and dated this twenty fourth Day of February ---------- in the Year of our Lord, One Thousand Seven Hundred and seventy four ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That If the above-bounden Michael Ulrich ---------------------------------------- Administrator of all and singular Goods and Chattles, and Credits, of Michael Ulrich deceased, doth make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods and Chattles, and Credits, of the said deceased, which have, or shall come to the Hands Possession or Knowledge of the said Michael Ulrich -------------------------------------- or into the Hands or Possession of any other Person on Persons for him and the same so made, do exhibit or cause to be exhibited, into the Register’s Office in the County of York, at or before the twenty fourth Day of March ----------------- next ( )ng, and the same Goods, Chattles and Credits, and all other Goods, Chattles, and Credits, of the said deceased, at the Time of his Death, which at any Time after, shall come to the Hands or Possession of the said Michael --------- Ulrich -------------------------------------------------------------------- or into the Hands or Possession of any other Person or Persons for him well and truly administer, accor- ding to the Law : And further, doth make, or cause to be made, a true and just Account of said Administration, at or before the twenty fourth Day of February ----- next, which will be in the Year of our Lord, One Thousand Seven Hundred and seventy five and all the Rest and Residue of the said Goods, Chattles and Credits, which shall be found remaining upon the said Administrators Account (the same being first ex- amined and allowed of by the Orphans Court of the County aforesaid) doth -------- delivier and pay unto such Person or Persons respectively, as the said Orphan Court by their Decree or Sentence (pursuant to the true Intent and Meaning of an Act, intituled An Act for the better settling Intestates Estates) shall limit and appoint.
