Hey, Christopher:....I hope this finds you well. Mom and I are doing fine. Cold, but fine.
I have been talking to a fellow (somewhere....e-mail) and have made a few connections as far as Ellerzine Bishop McKinney Tanner. I have tentatively identified Ellerzine's mother's sister. The information I got from you was Ellerzine's father was William Talman Bishop and her mother was Katherine Nolan. I have been speaking with decendant of Mary Adeline Nolan, b. 1861 in Birmingham AL, d.1935-6, Dallas TX. Mary married a fellow named Joseph Russell Middings. We have family pictures of Matt Middings with Gaines Lamar Tanner and no one could remember the connection. But we think we have it now. Matt's mother was Mary Adeline Nolan and Ellerzine's mother was Katherine Nolan. (sorry to repeat myself). Do you have any further info on the Bishops? Would Bill Nuss or Sandy?
