Chris,
About the Sarah Westbrooks qeuestion.
i have a copy of a note written by Elizabeth Cornelius and John
Westbrooks giving their permission for their children to marry. It is
dated July 18, 1867. It was attached to a marriage license for them.
Does this help???
I would try to scan it but it is off microfilm and black with white
letters and in very bad condition.
It just says both are underage and we give permission for Aaron
Cornelius son of Zion Cornelius and Sarah Dialphia Westbrooks but parent
s of each are consenting.
Signed Elizabeth Cornelius
John Westbrooks
