It was his wife Sarah Ann Weeks Lewis who was buried in Provo. Sarah Ann Weeks Lewis states in her autobiography that she lived in Tropic after her husband died until 1906 when she wen to live with her daughter Permilia. They, Sarah, Permelia and family, later moved to Utah County.]
