Ford Nazarene Church reunion of 1993
On Sunday, 17 Oct 1993, a reunion of people connected with the Ford, Kansas Church of the Nazarene was held in the Heritage Room on the campus of Southern Nazarene University. It was attended by about 100 persons, including two former pastors, Maxine Lewis and Frances Carpenter, and one pastor's wife, Emmelyne Helsel. It was planned and organized by Colleen Cornwell and Jean Ladd, daughters of Elmer and Verna (Dawson) Karns. Elmer was a long-time Sunday School Superintendent of the church, and Verna was a dedicated church volunteer.
