Ephraim Hixson, 1802-1877, married Osee Barton, 1805-1896, on 15 Aug 1824, and they had two children, Stephen and Matilda. Ephraim is a son of Timothy and Leah (Hanks) Hixson, and a great-grand uncle of Elmer Karns. We do not know where he is buried. (Photo is adapted from one of the Web sites of Michael Caldwell.)
