In 1900 Charles and Henrietta lived in Payne County, Oklahoma. The ceusus record shows no township or town. There were five children at home: Elno B., Ervin E., Essie P., Earnest J., and Ruth E. Charles was listed as age 53, born in Wisconsin, and Henrietta as age 49, born in Ohio. The four older children were born in Kansas, and Ruth in Oklahoma.
