Page One of Petition for Letters of Administration for settling the estate of Henrietta (Richmond) Ladd in March 1923. She died intestate in January of 1918, a resident of Ripley, Oklahoma. She had one-half interest in lots 5 and 6, block 3, Ripley, valued at $300. It lists her heirs, noting that Mary is guardian for 7 minors. Each of them was to receive 4/567th of the estate!
