Karl C. Rice, left, second cousin once removed from Forrest Ladd, Jr., right. Both descend from Charles Henry Ladd, Forrest through Elno Boyd Ladd and Forrest E. Ladd, and Karl through Louella Fidelia (Ladd) McIntosh, Edna Mura (McIntosh) Dooty, and Mercedes Edna (Dooty) Rice. This photo was taken in the living room of the Ladd's apartment in Spanish Cove Retirement Village in Yukon, Oklahoma when Karl stopped by for a short visit.
