Floyd, youngest child of Gust and Emily, was born 3 July 1896 in Guthrie, Logan County, Oklahoma. He married Lola Fay Rider on 5 Aug 1917 in Agra, Lincoln County, Oklahoma. Floyd worked as a farmer and a plumbing inspector. He served in the military during World War I. Floyd and Lola had twelve children, two of whom died in childhood. Floyd died 21 Dec 1975 in Cushing, Payne County, Oklahoma. He is buried in Parkland Cemetery southeast of Cushing in Lincoln County.
