Susan Emeline "Emily" (Coffman) Anderson about 1926. Susan was born 16 Feb 1854 in Bluffton, Wells County, Indiana. She and Gust Anderson were married on 26 Sept 1874 in Central City, Hamilton County, Nebraska. She and Gust had eleven children, one of whom died at age one year, and another, Emil, who died in an accident at age 24. This photo, excerpted from a larger picture of Susan and her children, was one of several pictures taken on one day of what apparently was a family reunion. Judging from ages of the grandchildren the year must have been about 1926. Susan would have been in her early 70s when this picture was taken. Susan died on 1 Jan 1941 in Parkland, Lincoln County, Oklahoma.
