Elno Floyd Ladd, son of Elno Boyd and Mamie (Anderson) Ladd
Floyd was born 30 Sept 1911. The family lived on a farm southeast of Cushing, Oklahoma. Cushing was in Payne County but the farm was in Lincoln County. He was in his 30s when he and Edith Randolph were married. He served in the Navy's Construction Battalion ("Sea Bees") during World War II. As a young man he lived off and on with Forrest and Bonnie in the Happy Valley School community.
