Louis Albert was the youngest son of Charles and Ina (Ladd) Williams. He was born 23 Aug 1909 and died 16 Apr 1976. He married Morene Ruth Cox on 22 Dec 1933. They had four children, Al, Kay, Judy, and Larry. We do not know the date of Morene's death. They are buried in Parkland Cemetery, Lincoln County, Oklahoma.
