This snapshot of Forrest Ladd Jr. was taken in the gymnasium of Happy Valley School southeast of Cushing, Oklahoma. It is the school he attended for his first through eighth grades. This view is looking southeast. The bleachers are on the west side of the court. This photo was taken in 1981 at the time of a school reunion. The school was closed several years ago.
