03-Ladd place yard, looking northeast

This snapshot was taken in the Ladd front yard, facing northeast. The southeast corner of the house, with the flower bed, is on the left. The flower bed filled the area between the house and the cement sidewalk around the east side of the house, from the front walk to the windmill area at the northeast corner of the house. In the background to the left, beyond the fencepost with a bucket over the top, is the hay barn. On the far right is the black locust tree which stood between the house and the chicken-house.
