Rites Held For Mrs. Parisho
Last rites for Mrs. Ruth Etta Parisho, 63, of Agra, who died Tuesday morning in Levelland, Texas, were held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Cushing Church of the First Born with R. N. Tibbett in charge.
At the request of the family Mrs. J. N. Earnest, Mrs. John Trammel, Mrs. Richard Rodgers and Mrs. Alta Hamel sang "Precious Memories," "What A Friend" and "Gathering Flowers for the Master's Bouquet".
Pallbearers were Cecil Myers, O. R. Anderson, Johnnie Case, Vernon Retherford, George Drake and Andrew Drake.
A large floral offering banked the front of the church and many friends and relatives attended the service.
Burial, under direction of the Fairley Mortuary, was in the Parkland cemetery beside her husband, who passed away Feb. 5, 1956.
Mrs. Parisho was born at Clayton, Oklahoma and moved with her parents to Ripley when a child. She moved to Cushing in 1913 and lived here until moving to Agra in 1932 where she spent most of the remainder of her life.
