This photograph is from a tintype of William Henry Stillwell as a young adult. There is no indication on the original of date, place, or occasion of the picture. He was born on 19 Feb 1846 in Troy, Miami County, Ohio. He died 16 Jan 1925 in Cushing, Payne County, Oklahoma. This tintype was in excellent condition except for a few cracks probably caused by the tintype having been bent. William Henry was the youngest surviving son of Daniel and Beulah Ann Stillwell, and the father of Harry Mote Stillwell and his siblings.
