Forrest and Jean's family
Forrest and Melva Jean (Karns) Ladd were married 20 Aug 1950 in the Church of the Nazarene, Ford, Kansas. They have one daughter, Gwen Ellen. The family has lived in Oklahoma City since 1956, making their home in two houses during that time. They had the home on Quapah Place built, and moved in 1973 to NW 59th Terrace so Gwen would feel at home when she came back during her upcoming college years. The family's work has been centered in Bethany, Oklahoma where Forrest was a professor at Southern Nazarene University and Jean was manager of the Bethany Book Store.
