Flo (Stillwell) and Ordell Payne
Flo was born 7 Mar 1909 in Cushing, Payne County, Oklahoma. She was a career woman during her earlier years. One of her positions was secretary to President S. T. Ludwig of Bethany-Peniel College (now Southern Nazarene University), Bethany, Oklahoma. She and James Ordell Payne were married 16 Sept 1945. They had no children. They lived most of their married life in Tulsa, Oklahoma where Ordell was in the grocery business.
