Frank Smith, son of William Mumford and Collie (Tate) Smith
John Franklin "Frank," the first child of William Mumford and Collie (Tate) Smith, was born 25 Nov 1868, probably in Rhea County, Tennessee. He married a lady named Leona, but we are still seeking her surname and the date of their marriage. We have no record of their children. According to a date written in the margin of his obituary he died about 1937. Judging from the minister in charge, his funeral probably was held in Cushing, Oklahoma. Obviously, there is a lot we don't know about Frank, and we welcome help from family who know some of these details.
