Mr. Shepard is the name written on this photo. Found with a group of Tate pictures. The studio is not given. We hope someone can help us with identifying Mr. and Mrs. Shepard. We do know that there was a Fred and Rosa Shepard family who lived in Galena, Kansas in 1900, which is where John Tate lived. Perhaps they were friends, or even relatives through one of the wives' families. We don't know of any connection through the Tates.
