Tips on using the album pages

When viewing the home page, you can click on one of the person or family names to go to the associated album. In that associated album, below the title and subtitle you will see a line permitting you to "Click here" to return to the home page. The small pictures you see in the album are called "thumbnails," or "thumbs" for short.

While viewing the album, to view an enlargement of any photo, click on either the photo itself or the small title just above the photo--it makes no difference which. When viewing an enlargement, above the picture on the left will be an identification for that photo. On the right will be the word Thumbs and next to it the word Next. If you want to return to the album and the small pictures, click on Thumbs. If you want to go on to the next enlarged picture, then click on either the image itself or the word Next--it makes no difference which.

When you are looking at the last enlarged picture, the words on the upper right will be Thumbs followed by the word First. At this point, if you wish to go back to the album thumbnail display, click on either the enlarged image or the word Thumbs. Clicking on the word First will take you to an enlarged version of the first photo in the album.

To return to the home page, you must be viewing the album (thumbnails) screen. Then click on the blue "Click here" above the top row of pictures to return to the home page. From the home page you can proceed to another album.

I know it's confusing, but after you've gone through the process a few times it will work easier. Just one more thing: you cannot go backwards through the enlargements. If you want to go back at any point while viewing an enlargement, click on Thumbs, then click on the thumbnail in the album screen that you want to see enlarged.
