Our most wanted persons are the ancestors of Martin H. Dawson. We know nothing of his parents, and only know his date and place of birth through census records. Our knowledge of him begins in Blackjack Grove (now Cumby), Hopkins County, Texas, where he lived for a time with his wife and children. We have traced his steps from that point on, but we do not know anything about his life prior to that time.
