Mrs. Ethel Dawson
FORD — Mrs. Ethel Dawson, 73, long-time resident of Ford, died Thursday afternoon at the Fort Dodge Hospital.
Born February 27, 1885 in Missouri, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan Feebeck. When she was 17 her parents moved to a farm near Ford and in 1912 she was married to Guy Everett Dawson. They continued making their home in Ford. She has been living at the Kansas Solder's Home since September, 1955.
Survivors include four sons, Wilbur of Two Buttes. Colo., Herbert and Kenneth, both of Granada, Colo., and Donald of Broomfield, Colo., also a daughter , Mrs. Lee (Helen) Sheldon of Casper, Wyo., 17 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are in charge of Hulpieu - Swaim Funeral Home and will be announced later.
