Nellie Lockman-Glen McDonald Married Oct. 12

 

Mrs. Nellie Lockman of Ford and Mr. Glen McDonald of Mullinville were united in marriage, Sunday, October 12, 1969. The marriage vows were read at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of St. Mark's Methodist Church, Overland Park, Kansas. Dr. Charles Garrett, pastor, officiated.

 

Mrs. Michael Francis of South Bend, Indiana, a daughter of the bride, and Mr. Galen McDonald of Mullinville, a son of the groom, were honor attendants.

 

Members of the couple's immediate families attended the ceremony. They included: Dr. and Mrs. Michael Francis and Catherine Anne of South Bend, Indiana; Mr. and Mrs. Gary Salyer of Kinsley; Mr. and Mrs. Marlin Zimmerman and daughters of Overland Park; Mr. and Mrs. Galen McDonald of Mullinville; Mr. and Mrs. Dee McDonald of Mullinville; and Mr. Rory Kuhn of Manhattan.

 

Following the ceremony, a luncheon was held at the Ranch Inn in Kansas City. Mr. and Mrs. McDonald will reside at their country home north of Mullinville following a short wedding trip.
