Here are links to four poems used in occasions related to the upcoming move of Elmer and Verna from their home in Ford, Kansas to their new home in Bethany, Oklahoma. At least two were written by friends just for the occasion.

Some Folks--  (Read by Mrs. Keller; written by Kathryn Blackburn Peck)

The Karns Boat  (Written by a friend in Ford with the initials A. B. P.)

This is Your Life  (Written by a close friend, Lou Dilla Wooten. It approaches epic status.)
