Dennis Karns Given Carrier of the Month Award

Dennis Karns, son of Glenn and Shirley (Trower) Karns, on receiving the Carrier of the Month award from The Tribune, newspaper of Pratt, Kansas. Here is the caption:
" CARRIER OF THE MONTH -- Dennis Karns has been named The Tribune Carrier of The Month for December, 1963. Dennis, the 14-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Karns, 305 Lawrence, is a ninth grader at Liberty Junior High School. He is interested in sports especially baseball, basketball, tennis, and the Optimist's Rifle Club. Dennis earned the Carrier of The Month award for his outstanding carrier service record.--Tribune Photo"
