FURR FAMILY REUNIONS

The 2005 African American Furr Family Reunion will be held in Salisbury MD, Saturday August 13, 2005 and Sunday August 14, 2005.  Hotel reservations are on your own, there were no block of rooms reserved this year.   You can combine your trip to Salisbury with a trip to Ocean City MD (Salisbury is about 30 minutes away from Ocean City). 

Festivities on Saturday, August 13, 2005 start at 12 noon at the home of Mrs. Perry, daughter of Ethel Furr Robertson.  The address is 928 Queen Avenue, Salisbury MD 21801.  Church services on Sunday starts at 9:45 a.m. sharp.

Come out and celebrate with family and friends - last year was loads of fun even though Hurricane Charlie threatened to ruin it.   All that happened was lots of rain - but we didn't let the rain bother us. (Besides, most of the rains came at night after we had gone back to the hotel).

Next year (2006) the African American Furr Family Reunion will be held in Oklahoma.  So, for those that live nearby who knows when the reunion will be this close again?  Come on, let's all go to Salisbury Maryland and have a great time.
