From the Rev. Norman L. Gindlesperger: Photo Identification A Family Group of about Twenty People This was the photograph that caused me to ask: "Who are these people?" They turned out to be that branch of the Weaver clan descended from the woman who is second from the left: Catherine (Seese) Weaver, by then widow of John. The process of identification began with the woman who is second from our right. She appeared in a number of photographs that were found, one of which had her name written on the reverse: Mary "Polly" (Weaver) Gindlesperger. Kneeling in front of her to her right is Tobias Gindlesperger, her husband. Standing at the extreme right (to Polly´s left) is Clara Edith (Fyock), wife of Frederick Gindlesperger (son of Tobias and Polly), who is kneeling in front on her with Miriam Elverta (born November 6, 1901, who was to become the family´s "genealogist" of her generation), their daughter, to his right. The man whose head is at about the center of the tree is Sylvester "Wes" Kaltenbaugh, father of Mayme Luella (born 1903) to his left, who is held by Katie, eldest daughter of Tobias and Polly. Their other daughter, Sadie, is to our left of "Wes." To come full circle, Polly is the daughter of the clan´s matriarch: Catherine (Seese) Weaver. (See the another photo of Catherine Weaver and four of her descendants.) (Others are working to identify the remaining persons, many of whom are already known to be Weavers.) Photograph courtesy Rev.
