How To Submit your Information

We can't type everything in ourselves, we only do this on the side. Any information that you have may easily be submitted by e-mail using the following guidelines:

Attach files to your e-mail containing the information that you are submitting whenever possible.

Submit genealogy files in FamilyTreeMaker (FTW) or standard GEDCOM format. Please provide source information whenever possible. Place a question mark (?) after any data entries for which you have no absolute proof.

Submit any scanned images (photos, newspaper clippings, documents, etc.) in JPEG format if possible. Include a description of the scanned item including the source from which it was taken and the date of the photo or document. If the item is copyrighted, please state so and provide the name and/or contact information for the copyright owner or publisher.

Use your mouse to click on and copy the URL (webpage address) and then paste it into the e-mail message when submitting webpage links.

If you have a GEDCOM file on your computer, please submit it by clicking on "E-mail" below and attaching the file to your email.

All submitted information will be reviewed with an emphasis on good documentation sources and accuracy prior to being posted on this website.
