| Keith was living in Rogersville in 1971.117 Obituary: "Keith V. Kerr, 77, of Rogersville, died at 3:40 a.m. Thursday, December 4, 1986 in the home of his daughter, Linda Braun of New Freeport. He had been in failing health for some time and seriously ill for the past three months. He was born April 7, 1909, in Jackson Township, a son of the late John C. and Clytie Staggers Kerr, and had resided most of his life in Greene County. He was a Protestant by faith. Mr. Kerr was employed by the Columbia Gas COmpany as a station engineer at its Majorsville Compressor Station for 33 years prior to his retirement in 1975. He was also employed briefly by the West Greene School District at the Graysville Elementary School. He was a member of the Columbia Gas Quarter Century Club. On March 13, 1942, he married Helen Burnette Brown, who died April 11, 1980. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Linda) Braun of New Freeport Star Route; three grandsons, S. Douglas Coffield of Rogersville and David M. Coffield and Terry Lynn Braun, both of New Freeport Star Route, and a sister, Eileen K. McCullough of Waynesburg. A brother, Kenneth, is deceased.
