Francis apparently had two children, Dora Elizabeth (or Elizabeth Dora), and Franklin M. Kiger who were not the children of Francis and Lucy (Fonner) Kiger. Their mother is unknown. Information on the children of Francis Kiger came from notes made by Huldah Kiger Dukate and included in her Bible.⁷⁶⁰
