In the Name of God Amen. I Henry Bollinger of Rowan County Salisbury District and province of North Carolina Yeoman being very sick and weak in Boty but of preserved Mind and Memory thanks be given unto God calling unto Mind the Mortality of my Body to make ordain this My Last will and Testament in the manner following. I Recommend my Soul into the Hand of Almighty God that gave it and my Body I Reccommend to the Earth to be buried in decent Christian Buriel at the Discretion of my Executors and is touching such Worldly Estate, wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this Life I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and Form, first I give unto and bequeth to Elisabath My Dearly beloved wife this place in peaceable posation until she gaits marid again Whereon she Lives Now and avary houshollstuf and moofeable goods of the afoesaid Elizabith my wife and the children can agree and if Not then the said Housholdstuf and moveable goods of said bollingers to be solt and the then said Elizabeth my Dearly beloved wife is to have one therth of avery Moofable goods and the said place whee she Now lives is to to Devited in four parts Wareas I make over the said place unto my well beloved sons Henery Mathias friedrick and Jhosiph Two Hauntrd and abaun Arcers of the sd Land each Lying in the county and province of forsaid, Lying on the E. branch of Klarks Creeck. I make over unto my first born son John five and Twenty Arcers of Land to be taking out of a pice of Land Lying in the province of North Carolina and in the County of Tryon on Howards branch Contannued fife an houndreth aceras of Land I make over to my Dearly beloved sons John Danniel Phillip Peder Jacob David. Each Two huntrate and fifty Acears of Land Lying on Howard Creek in the County of Tryon and Province of North Carolina also I give to my well bloved Daughters Caty & Elizabeth fifty pound Each and of the estate of sd bollingers and of all the Housholtstuf and all and then having Eackwell shares with rist of the chiltaren of moveable goods Deta and moveable Estate I give and bequeth to my first born son John for him his heirs his and assigns forever whom I likewise constitute make and ordain the Sole Excutor of this my Last will and Testament and I to hearby utterly Disllow and revoke all former Testasments will Legacies executors ratifying confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament In writtinng wereof I have hereunto set myhand and seal this thirteenth Day of Aut 1774 in the year of our Loard one thousand Seven hrd and seventy four
