Know all men of these  presence:
That we, I.A. and S.A. Callaway, have this day set forth to make our will and this is it.     We want Bob to have all of th eland that we own West of the creek known as the Southeast, Quarter Section, it contains 150 acres more or les.  We want Glenn to have East of the creek, his and Bob’s lays in Eastland County.  Glen gets a little of Section 462, and the balance of 461 that lies in Eastland county.  T.E. beter known as Wince, to have the block that lies East of the Elam place.  Janie to get South of the creek of the Section 2, that I now live on.   Mary Courtney s to have North of the Creek.  Pearl is to have 381 that long strip.   Rube is to have all of the McKelvain place that we own.  All of the royalties that comes off of these lands must be equally divided, amongst all of the heirs.  We do not want none of you children to get into law over this little stuff.  This is our Will that little place at town will be Janie’s.
