WILL OF JOHN BOLLINGER
IN THE PROBATE COURT OF CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY
JACKSON, MISSOURI
"In the name of God Amen. I John Bullinger, Snr, Citizen of the uper Province of Lusina and District of Cape Girardeau Being of sound and perfect mind and memory Blessed bo to go do this 12th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eleven make and publish this my last will and testament in the following that is to say--
First give and Bequeath to my loving wife Catherena one horse, Saddle and bridle one cow and all the sheep in number four.
2nd I give and Bequeath to my son Hennery my Negro man Joseph also Two hundred acres of land of the uper part of my Tract Including the Barn and uper improvement, out of the above named property S. J. Hennery Obligates himself to give myself wife and son David a comfortable Maintinance dureing our life time.
3rd I give and Bequeth to my son Sollomon my Improvements including the mill seat laid of to me by the Spaniard for tht prupose 4th I give and bequeath to my son Jacob the balance of the tract after William Tinnin gets his Two hundred acres run of which I stand indebeted to S.d. by Bond--the balance of my properto to be Equally Divided amongst Ballance of m Children namely after my Int. Debts is paid--and I hereby make and ordain my loving Son Hennery Bollinger Executor of this my last will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
Signed Sealed published and declrared by the said John Bullinger the Testator as his last will and Testament in the presence of us who were present at the time of Signing and Sealing thereof"

"I, Jean Seabaugh, Clerk of Probate Court in and for said county and state, do hereby certify the above and forgoing to be a true copy of the Last Will and TEstament of John Bullinger as the same together with the proof and probate thereof, appears of record in office on Jackson, Missouri in Book A of "Will Records" at pg 22
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand affixed the seal of said court at office in Jackson, Missouri this 26 day of October, 1959,"
