Five of the children
of C. F. and Lena Clauson grew to adulthood. Only the oldest
of these, Alfred, was born in Sweden. The rest were born on the
farm in Stockholm township section 29. Standing are: Alfred (1865-1944)
and Ed (1871-1953). Seated are: Charles William (1869-1949),
Ida (1872-1942), and Otto (1876-1933). One of the characteristics
of Clauson's are their huge hands amply demonstrated on this
photo. |
