| Karl Sanfrid Johansson was born 19 May 1873 in Murum parish in Sweden. He emigrated to Nebraska in 1892 and came to Kiron in 1897 where he worked as a carpenter. He served on the Baptist building committee in 1908. He was a merchant in Boyer for many years and also had business interests in Kiron. In 1920, he was cashier of the Home State Bank in Kiron. He lived in a nice home in Kiron in his later life and died on 15 August 1952. He is buried in the Kiron Cemetery. |
