Lorraine was born 9 March 1913,
the daughter of Charles Sanfrid Johnson from Murum parish in Älfsborg
län and Effie S. Erickson who was born in Stockholm township.
Lorraine graduated from Kiron High School with the class of 1930
and attended Morningside College. She taught school for many years
including a few years in Kiron. Lorraine was one of Kiron's historians.
She died on 11 June 1997 in Kiron and is buried in the Kiron cemetery.
