Johan Gustaf Larsson was born
on 17 Dec 1863 on the Sundsberg farm in Sunne parish in Värmland
län. His parents were Lars Jonasson and Maria Jansdotter.
After his father died in 1868, the mother and her three children
emigrated to Kiron where her brother John Hoaglund lived. In 1889
Gust Larson married Josefina Larson who had emigrated from Misterhult
parish in Sverige. Their children were Edner, Clifford, Herbert,
Alice, Edith, Eugene and a baby who died in infancy. He farmed
his entire life and died on 1 Feburary 1915 at only 51 years.
He is buried in the Kiron Cemetery.
