FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. A. W. LINDSTROM HELD AT BAPTIST CHURCH

Mrs. A. W. Lindstrom was born Lydia Lind on February 19, 1888 in Otter Creek township, Crawford county, Iowa. She passed away on January 24th, 1950 at the age of 61 years, 11 months and 5 days.
She was united in marriage to Anton Lindstrom on February 19, 1907, and to this union were born six children. They lived in this community for 23 years and then moved to Odebolt to live there for 18 years and then moved back to their present farm just two years age.
Surviving are her husband, Anton, three daughters, Mrs. Mearl Graham (Maydelle) of Deloit; Mrs. Robert McGonigle (Eunice) of Fort Madison, Iowa, and Mrs. Mearl Nagel ( Jeanett) of Webster City; three sons, Merrill of Ida Grove, Lloyd of Omaha and Dale of Arcadia, Iowa; also three sisters, Mrs. Hannah Danielson and Mrs. Edward Olson of Kiron, and Mrs. Elmer Skarin of Arthur, Iowa, four brothers, Nels of Minnesota; Chas, and George of Kiron and John of Denison. She leaves eleven grandchildren and one great grand child, and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was baptized with her husband thirty years ago, July 18, 1920 and joined the Kiron Baptist church and continued as a member all her life.
Funeral services were held on Firday afternoon at 1:30 from the home and at 2:00 o'clock form the Baptist church. Rev. Orville Johnson officiating. two vocal duets were sung by Mrs. Elmer Wilson and Mrs. J. F. Hedstrom with Velma Larson at the piano.
Pall bearers were six nephews: Eldred and Junior Skarin of Arthur, Floyd and David Danielson and Nels and Hubert Lind.
Internment was made in the Kiron Cemetery.
Relatives attending from a distance were: Mr. and Mrs. Bob McGonigle and son of Fort Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Mearl Nagel of Webster City, Mr. and Mrs. Mearl Graham of Deloit, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Graham of Deloit, Mr. and
