Jacob Wesley Lindstrom, 15, of Ankeny, Iowa, formerly of Sioux City, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 1999, in Ankeny.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First Federated Church in Des Moines. Graveside services will be at 11 am. Saturday in Kiron Cemetery, Kiron, Iowa. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today at Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines.
Jacob was born in Sioux City, the son of Clayton Wesley and Gayle Lynne Lindstrom. He moved with his family to Waterloo, Iowa, then to Council Bluffs, Iowa, before returning to Sioux City., He moved with his family to Ankeny seven months ago. He was a freshman at Bondurant Farrar High School in Ankeny.
Survivors include his parents of Ankeny; a sister and her husband, Charisa and Scott Eli of Viborg, S.D.; four brothers, Michael and his wife, Jenni, of Council Bluffs, J.C., Caleb and Jeremiah, all of Ankeny; maternal grandfather, David Asmussen of Sioux City; paternal grandmother, Eleanor Lindstrom of Kiron; and a niece and nephew.
Memorials may be directed to Youth for Christ in care of First Federated Church.
