- Eleazer Burrell Adgate was the adopted son of Martin Adgate. Until recently all we knew was that his surname had been Brown - a common name, making it hard to identify his parents. His death certificate in now available online, and it says his father was Silas Brown, so now we may be able to trace his ancestry
- I'd like to bring the site up to date by including information on the latest generations of Adgates in America. If you'd like to have your family included, please send your data to me. Thanks!
