This is where the family stayed at North Beach.  My first impression was that this design is a later version of the so called dog-trot cabin popular on   the frontier since colonial times, only a triple version with three rooms each separated by a breeze ways.  Also it is on the model of the 1930's tourist court  with individual units separated by car space between.   The 1913 date seems a a bit early for automobile access.  Also there is the matter of the beach sand which is rather loose when dry and   the terrace hardly seems wide enough to function as a roadway.  Somehow the breeze ways don't appear the have been used as garage space.  This cabin like most North Beach structures was probably obliterated in  1919 by a hurricane.
