This picture is captioned, "Fishing On The Guadalupe, Kerrville."  The Guadalupe River is the largest of the South Texas Rivers beginning above Kerrville about 75 miles northwest of San Antonio.    They used cane poles with hooks bated most often with minnows netted from the river.  They used the same equipment at the Medina River Camp in 1909.
