Here is a shot of a Fiesta Event dated 1911.  Is it one big block party, or a parade?   Despite the confusion it would appear that a good time was being had by all.  Note the "Kum Rite In" sign. an early example of advertisers using weird spelling to emphasize their message.  As luck would have it the tragic collapse of the crowded upper cantilevered porch did not occur.
